The newest renovation on Revolution Mill's campus

The five-story building next to the smoke stacks is now open for businesses and renters.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — An old building on Revolution Mill's campus has been made new, with businesses and apartments inside.

On Wednesday, developers unveiled the '2005 Revolution Mill' on the historic campus. It's the five-story building near the smoke stacks and the restaurant 'Kau.' The building has now been turned into commercial and residential space, but it still features original brick and expansive windows from its days of use in the textile industry. A spa and a jewelry store are some of the businesses that have already set up shop in the space.

Revolution Mill's campus has been transformed over recent years with restaurants, event space, and more. Developers say they're looking to bring a restaurant inside this newest renovated building. Next to the building, a hospitality area is in the works that will have a tap room, bar, more restaurants and retail spaces in 2025.
