REIDSVILLE, N.C. — A woman was charged with a 2022 Reidsville murder, according to the Reidsville Police Department.
On August 4, 2022, police responded to 405 South Washington Avenue regarding the death of Candace Lauren Turner.
At the time, police said they were unable to determine the cause of death at the time of the report.
An autopsy revealed the cause of death to be homicide.
Police said they obtained First Degree Murder charges for Fatima Zakirah Ali, 30.
Ali is currently in custody in New Jersey and is awaiting extradition back to Rockingham County to face these charges.
