GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. - A Reidsville man involved in a deadly crash on US 29 last Thursday night has been charged.
On Tuesday, Master Trooper Brandon Baker said John Lloyd Rash Jr., 37, was charged with Misdemeanor Death by Motor Vehicle. 21-year-old Chelsey Capri Scott of Lynchburg, Va. died in the crash.
Troopers say Scott was driving south on the highway near Benaja Road when a pickup truck driven by Rash Jr. crossed the median and hit her head on.
