GREENSBORO, N.C. — The City of Greensboro is in a period of sustained growth, and that should continue into 2025.
According to Realtor.com, Greensboro is set to be one of the top housing markets in 2025, projecting a growth of 17.3% in existing home sales for the upcoming year.
The website projects that the growth in existing home sales across the United States at just 1.5% in 2025, meaning Greensboro is well ahead of the national pace.
Greensboro ranked eighth Realtor.com's list of the cities with the highest projected growth, the best mark of any municipality in the state. Charlotte ranked 12th with a projected growth of 15.7%, while Durham came in at 18th with a projected growth of 14.1%.
