CLIMAX, N.C. — A Providence Grove High School bus was involved in a crash in Climax on Wednesday, according to Randolph County School System.
The district said bus #23 was involved in a crash on Benny Lineberry Road after school when a car ran into the back of the bus. The driver of the car was taken to the hospital.
Parents of all the students at the time of the crash have been or are in the process of being called by the school's administration.
At this time, the school system is unaware of any injuries to the students on the bus or the bus driver.
