GREENSBORO, N.C. — Hundreds of people are dealing with power outages along Cone Boulevard in Greensboro after police say a car crashed into a utility pole.
The Duke Energy map shows around 1,500 outages in the area. It's impacting the New Irving Park area and other nearby neighborhoods.
Greensboro police say the westbound lanes of Cone between Lafayette Drive and Holly Drive are closed and may be for an extended time.
