GREENSBORO, NC -- Greensboro Fire crews responded to an early morning house fire on Randleman Road. The building looks like a house, but the Greensboro Fire Department says it is registered as a business.
Chief Eanes told WFMY News 2 the call came in around 2:00am. The chief said two people were inside the building when the fire started, but they were out before fire crews arrived.
No injuries were reported. But the fire chief said a fire fighter twisted their ankle fighting the fire.
A portion of Randleman Road was blocked on as fire fighters cleared the scene. However, the road has reopened.
No word on the cause of the fire.
