GREENSBORO, N.C. — A building that has turned into a problem spot in Greensboro over the years will soon come down.
An email sent to the city council said the owners of the old News & Record building hired a contractor to demolish the site.
Police reports show a long list of incidents at the building over the past year.
The city plans to condemn the property on Friday, according to officials.
It's not clear when the demolition will happen.
