Missing endangered alert issues for Winston-Salem man with cognitive impairment

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A missing endangered alert has been issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons for a 39-year-old man from Winston-Salem who authorities say they believe is suffering from cognitive impairment.

Ray Donnell Jordan was last seen traveling on foot from 711 West Twenty-Sixth Street in Winston-Salem. It is unclear what day or time he was last seen.

Jordan is described as a 5-foot-10 black male standing at 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds. He has short brown hair and an unkempt black beard, according to a press release. He was last seen wearing dark sweatpants and a sweatshirt.
