RAMSEUR, N.C. — A missing endangered alert has been issued by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons for a woman who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment.
Carla Antoinette Leonard, 62, was last seen at McDonald's, 6770 Jordan Road, in Ramseur wearing a pink shirt, black jean/legging pants, and pink slippers.
She is described as a white female with a height of 5 feet and 1 inch and a weight of 171 pounds. She has grey medium-length hair and hazel eyes.
Leonard was last known to be headed to 715 Liberty Street in Ramseur.
