LEXINGTON, N.C. — The Lexington Police Department is looking to locate a man with a cognitive impairment who is missing.
Abner Martinez, 23, was last seen in the area of 502 Tussey St. in Lexington wearing a green shirt and black pants. He is described as a Hispanic male standing at 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds with brown eyes and short black hair.
A Missing Endangered Alert for Martinez was put out by the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.
According to the NC Missing Endangered Alert website, Martinez "has mental disabilities with the mind of a 12-year-old and does not speak any English."
