WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Missing Endangered Alert has been issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons for an 81-year-old man who was last seen in Winston-Salem.
Authorities say Earnest Hayward McBride, who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment, was last seen lkeaving his home at 320 Franklin Drive in Winston-Salem.
According to a press release, McBride drives a brown 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a handicap placard and the North Carolina liccense plate number of TBV-7071.
McBride is described as a white man standing at 6-foot and weighing 162 pounds. He has short grey hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on McBride's whereabouts is encouraged to contact Dep. C. Alford of the Davidson County Sheriff's Office at 336-242-2100.
