LEXINGTON, N.C. — The Lexington Police Department announced the arrests of three people on Tuesday as part of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Bunly, who went missing on September 23.
Arrest Details
Van Ly Lam, 51, of Greensboro, has been charged with three felony counts of obstruction of justice. He is being held in the Davidson County Jail under a $200,000 secured bond.
Vienchan Lam, 49, of Salisbury, faces five felony counts of obstruction of justice. She is also being held in the Davidson County Jail on a $200,000 secured bond.
Jonathan Lam, 30, of Salisbury, has been charged with two felony counts of obstruction of justice. He is being detained in the Davidson County Jail with a $200,000 secured bond as well.
According to Lexington Police, the three who were arrested on obstruction of justice charges are related to the man Bunly was dating, Ricky Lam. Police consider Lam a person of interest by have not named him as a suspect in Bunly's disappearance.
The case remains active and ongoing, and authorities continue to seek information that could aid the investigation.
