Kernersville home up in flames on Friday, firefighters say

KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — A Kernersville home is up in flames after an outdoor grill caught fire on Friday, July 12, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department.

A grill ignited on the 1000 block of Barry Oak Court and spread to the home, firefighters say.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Five people have been displaced from the home.
