K9 'Justice' Officer Retires From Burlington Police Department

Justice had served alongside his partner, Officer T. Grogan for over five years.

BURLINGTON, N.C -- Burlington Police Department celebrated the retirement of K9 Justice, Thursday.

According to a post on the department's Facebook page, Justice had served alongside his partner, Officer T. Grogan for over five years.

The post goes on to state that during those years, countless investigations were successful due to the K9 officer's efforts.

The department said Justice has been a great officer, partner, and friend to all of those who worked there. The post also thanked Justice for his hard work and wished him well as he embarked on a life of leisure in retirement.
