Jackson Middle, Monticello-Brown Summit Elementary to have remote learning day due to heating issues

Meals will still be available for pickup at both schools.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Guilford County Schools says Jackson Middle and Monticello-Brown Summit Elementary students and staff will have a remote learning day on Monday, December 9 because of heating issues. This also affects 4th and 5th grade Foust Elementary students and staff.

Meals for Jackson Elementary students and 4th and 5th grade Foust Elementary students will be available for pick up at 9 a.m. and noon.

Meals for Monticello-Brown Summit Elementary students will be available at 8 a.m. and noon.

K-3 Foust Elementary students are learning at the former Murphey Elementary site and will learn in-person as usual.
