REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Several people were charged after Reidsville police said they were operating an illegal gambling establishment.
The Reidsville Police Department (RPD) said they received many complaints about "Good Times 168" and/or "NFT Skills" on Turner Drive over several months.
Reidsville officers said they filed multiple reports including aggravated assaults, robberies, and weapon violations at the location.
As a result, a weeks-long investigation was conducted by the RPD with the assistance of Alcohol Law Enforcement (ALE).
On June 26, police searched the establishment and seized 121 items including illegal slot machines, computer components, money counters, cash, marijuana, ecstasy, and other items.
Police are seeking 38 felony indictments and 126 misdemeanor indictments for managers, owners, and employees.
Officers said they are aware of other illegal gambling facilities in the area.
