FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — I-74 is closed due to multiple crashes Tuesday, according to the Walkertown Fire Department.
The Walkertown Fire Department said I-74 is closed north of Salem Parkway and south of US 52.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
