GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Guilford County's health director is taking a new job.
Dr. Iulia Vann will take the same job in Alleghany County, Pennsylvania.
Vann led Guilford County's health department during the COVID-19 pandemic, sharing regular updates on the state of the county.
Alleghany County said Vann will start her new role later this summer but didn't give an exact start date.
