GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Greensboro Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in finding a missing man.
Police issued a Silver Alert for Joshua Ray Willard, 31.
He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, white or blue shirt, and blue shorts, according to police.
Officers believe Willard is suffering from cognitive impairment.
