Greensboro police said a dispute between two employees at Pactiv led to a shooting early Monday morning at the facility.

Ricky Williams, 44, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Police said other charges may be pending and that the victim is in stable condition.

Injuries did not appear life-threatening, and the suspect is in custody. No other employees were injured.
