Greensboro missing woman alert canceled

Greensboro police have canceled the alert.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — UPDATE: Greensboro Police has canceled the alert for Rebecca Lopez-Hernandez.

Rebecca Lopez-Hernandez, 57, is missing and endangered, according to the Greensboro Police Department.

Lopez-Hernandez is described to be 5 ft. 2 in. and weighing 120 lbs. She has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black sweater and black Crocs.

Police said Lopez-Hernandez is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Her last known location was 1201 N Church Street in Greensboro, according to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons.

According to the NCCMP, her direction of travel and possible destination are unknown.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to call  the Greensboro Police Department at 336-373-2287.
