GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police said Elizandro Martinez Constanza, 41, died following a shooting on Sunday.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired on Farmington Drive around 8 p.m. Police said they found Constanza with traumatic injuries. Monday morning, officials reported he died, and the investigation was upgraded to a homicide.
Police charged Sergio Gutierrez Garcia, 28, with first-degree murder. He's being held in Guilford County Jail with no bond.
