GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro has a new affordable housing apartment complex.
The Lofts at Elmsley Crossing opened Monday.
The project has been three years in the making and has 84 units for low- and moderate-income families and more housing is on the way.
Across the street, they're also developing a 52-unit complex for seniors. It's expected to open next fall.
