GREENSBORO, N.C. — For the seventh year in a row, Greensboro is ranked one of America's best-run cities, according to WalletHub.
Greensboro ranks 27th among 148 cities rated in this year’s report, with Durham ranking 6th and Raleigh ranking 11th. Charlotte ranked 113th.
This is the seventh year in a row Greensboro has ranked among the top 40 Best-Run Cities.
WalletHub measured 148 of the most populated cities across six key categories: 1) Financial Stability, 2) Education, 3) Health, 4) Safety, 5) Economy and 6) Infrastructure & Pollution. They also calculated the overall quality of city services compared to the total budget per capita.
Here's how Greensboro scored in each category:
- #5 in Financial Stability
- #38 in Education
- #129 in Health
- #90 in Safety
- #104 in Economy
- #122 in Infrastructure and Pollution
