GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. -- Attention, bargain hunters! Here's a deal you can't miss!
Replacements, Ltd. brings back its legendary yard sale on Saturday, September 17, 2016. The last time the dinnerware giant held the yard sale back in 2008, there were more than 700 people in line by the time the sale started.
"That sale drew more than 6,500 customers from 18 states," said Lisa Conklin, the Public Relations Manager for Replacements, Ltd. "In fact, a mother and her two daughters drove two days from Minnesota to be the first in line."
Admission is five dollars to the yard sale area. Instead of pricing each piece, Replacements will sell cardboard boxes for an additional five dollars each, allowing customers to fill boxes with as much merchandise as the boxes will hold.
This year, Replacements is making it more than a sale. "It's truly a community event in that we are including an area for non-profit organizations to connect with the public," added Conklin.
The yard sale takes place Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Replacements, Ltd. parking lot. Keep in mind, the outdoor event is cash only, but credit cards are welcome in the store.
Replacements, Ltd. is located just off I-40/I-85 (exit 132) at 1089 Knox Road in McLeansville, N.C.
