GREENSBORO, N.C. — Get ready for a fun, high-fashion event that features spectacular hairdos and fashions created by local designers, all for a good cause.

The Big Hair Ball will take place January 26, 2019 at the Kaplan Center for Wellness on UNC-Greensboro's campus. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m.
A diverse group of 49 models from 11 area public and private high schools with amazingly-styled Big Hair, in edgy fashions, with makeup courtesy of local designers and make-up artists. All models are members of the Guild and Junior Guild for Family Service of Greensboro.
Event goers can expect a a great show, cocktail reception, raffle, and silent auction. Last year mroe than $219,000 was raised for children and families in Guilford County through Family Services of the Piedmont.
