A former Henderson County reserve deputy will serve at least 21 years in prison for a conviction of sexually assaulting a teenage boy and giving pornography to others. Forty-year-old Todd Hill was convicted of eight felonies. The convictions included statutory rape, taking indecent liberties with a child, disseminating pornography to minors and possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana. Defense lawyer Roy Neill said he planned to appeal the decision. One of the mothers says the boys will start group counseling sessions next week.
