BURLINGTON, N.C. — A building is damaged after a fire in Burlington Saturday.
The Burlington Fire Department said they responded to a building fire on the 1000 block of Richmond Avenue around 1:26 a.m.
When firefighters arrived they found heavy fire coming from a building, the fire also came in contact with cars in the driveway and another outbuilding.
Firefighters were able to get the fire under control within 25 minutes.
No one was injured, according to fire officials.
Burlington Fire said the damage estimates to the structures are $115,000 and $35,000 to the contents.
The Burlington Police Department, Piedmont Natural Gas, Duke Energy, and the American Red Cross assisted Burlington Fire .
Fire officials said the American Red Cross is helping two people who lived in the building.
