WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Watch out for this, folks.
East Clemmonsville Road at South Frontage Road is closed due to a crash, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
The crash subsequently caused downed powerlines and traffic lights in a lane of travel.
Police said the closure will include the ramp from eastbound I-40 at the Clemmonsville/Thomasville Road Exit.
The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours while the roadway is cleared and the traffic lights are restored, so it would be a good idea to avoid this road on your way out on the town tonight.
