A driver who hit and killed a pedestrian early Wednesday morning has been charged in the crash.
Greensboro Police say Terrence Manning, 30, crashed into a utility pole on at the corner of Lees Chapel Road and Byers Road. He then hit a woman, Varonda Manley, 38, who was standing outside of the roadway, before crashing into a tree and finally coming to a stop.
