GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Former NFL defensive tackle DeMario Pressley presented a game ball to students of merit at his alma mater Dudley High School on Friday night.
Pressley returned to Dudley to present the special football. The footballs are given by the NFL to every high school that has had a coach or player to play in the Super Bowl. Pressley was part of the New Orleans Saints when the team won the Super Bowl in 2009.
The Dudley Panthers beat McDowell 54-0.
NOTES:
- Pressley was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 2008 NFL draft.
- He also played for the Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Denver Broncos, and Carolina Panthers.
- He went to N.C. State University.
