Crash on Friendly Ave. and Jefferson Road cleared, police say

Four people involved in the crash reported injuries, but they were not considered serious or life-threatening by police.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A crash occurred on Aug. 27 near West Friendly Ave and Jefferson Rd. in Greensboro. 

Police were dispatched to the crash at 7:38 a.m. Three vehicles were involved in the crash, one of which was overturned. 

Four people involved in the crash reported injuries but they were not considered serious or life-threatening, according to police.

The westbound lanes were closed for an extended period, while crews addressed an oil spill related to the crash. 

The crash appears to be cleared and traffic is moving again in the area, according to police.
