GREENSBORO, N.C. — A car crashed into a building off East Wendover Avenue in Greensboro shortly after 7 a.m. Wednesday.
A viewer shared a photo of the crash with WFMY News 2. It shows an SUV with damage to the front after smashing through a window at Electric Supply and Equipment Company.
Roads have reopened in the area.
Police said a person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the black SUV has been charged with Driving While License Revoked and Red Light Violation.
Officers said the driver ran a red light causing the accident.
Electric Supply and Equipment Company has been checked to be structurally sound, according to police.
