KING, N.C. (WFMY) -- A missing 4-year-old Stokes County boy was found dead Saturday.
According to the Stokes County Sheriff's Office, the boy had autism and was initially reported missing by his grandparents. He was found in water.
As of now, there are no signs of foul play, the sheriff says.
No other details have been released.
