WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — WEDNESDAY UPDATE: A body found in Winston Lake Tuesday has been identified.
Tyron David Eldridge was recovered from the lake Tuesday at around 11:30 a.m. There were no signs of foul play and Eldridge was taken to the Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy.
Eldridge lived in Winston-Salem and was last seen Monday night by a family member around the 200 block of Walkertown Ave. He was 48 years old.

TUESDAY: A break was revealed in a search for a possible drowning victim at Winston Lake.
Winston-Salem police confirmed a body was found in the Lake Tuesday. In a media briefing, authorities said the body was found around 11:39 a.m. and they are working to identify the person.
Police said it was too early to speculate on the person's identity, noting that water can change the appearance of the body. Crews used sonar devices to find the person.
Personnel from High Point, Winston-Salem, Rockingham County, Lewisville and the Forsyth County EMS all helped with the search.
Division Chief Daryl Sawyer says a fisherman called 911 around 10:30 Monday morning saying a black male went under water, but did not resurface.
High Point Fire Department's dive team and Lewisville Fire Department also assisted with the search.
The fire department tweeted out photos of crews on a raft around 11:11 a.m. The Fire Department confirmed they're searching for a man.
Around 1:30 p.m., the fire department said the search was considered a recovery.
Sawyer told media that crews will search the lake until they're certain no one is underwater.
