GREENSBORO, N.C. — A section of Bellemeade Street between Commerce Place and N. Greene Street is expected to be completely closed for roadwork until Friday, Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. A streetscape project is causing the road closure, according to Greensboro city officials.
City officials said this section of Bellemeade Street is the only part to be closed, and the rest of the road is expected to remain open. Work crews will be at the site each day, and city officials are urging people to use alternative routes to avoid the work zone and to expect possible delays.
