HIGH POINT, N.C. — The Guilford County Sheriff's Office is investigating a Sunday morning burglary.
An investigation report reveals 83-year-old, Tommie Bryan's home off Riverdale Drive in High Point was broken into. The report indicates 'at least' 14 rifles were taken, worth about $20,000 dollars. Officials say the door was kicked in, and that did approximately $200 dollars worth of damage.
Neighbors WFMY News 2 spoke with are worried those rifles are now in the wrong hands.
A neighbor said Bryan has slept very little since the burglary, worried the suspects will return.
