FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Update: Layfette has been located, according to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
A 74-year old with heart issues is currently missing in Forsyth County.
Colwell Richard Layfette was last seen at 8:15 a.m. on Westbend School Road in Lewisville. According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, he was walking a dog when he was last seen.
Colwell stands at 5-foot-4 and, according to the picture provided by the Sheriff's Office, has a white goatee, long white/grey hair and wears glasses.
If anyone has any information on Layfette's whereabouts, they are encouraged to contact the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office at 336-727-2112.
