Recycling Oil
You should never dump oil down any drain. It could potentially clog your pipes and lead to extensive repairs. There are two things you can do.
- Scrape cooking grease into the trash or a container to dispose of. Any oil that's room temperature can solidify and clog your pipes.
- Take your old cooking oil to the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center to be recycled.
