If you're going to watch fireworks on the Fourth of July or any occasion that brings the snap, crackle, pop and boom-- chances are you'll probably capture some with your smartphone.
You might be disappointed with some of the pictures, but that doesn't have to be the case for all of them.
Here's how you can help get a better picture:
Use burst mode. This allows you to take a bunch of photos in a small period of time.
Shoot video only!
Try Time lapse-- then let it roll the entire time
Use a tripod or selfie stick for the best quality
Don't zoom!
It will just make your pictures blurry.
Composition!
Fireworks are more interesting with something in the foreground.
