It's such a simple question unless you have a food allergy. When you're dealing with allergies, eating at some places is just out of the question. So here's a look at some of the most allergy-friendly restaurants.
Allergy-Eats released their 2019 list of the top 10 most allergy-friendly chains. They based it on feedback directly from people with food allergies.
The top five large chains included Chipotle Mexican grill, Longhorn steak house, and the number one choice was Maggiano's Little Italy. In our area it's in Cary, Charlotte, and Durham.
Allergyeats.com is the website but they also have an app. It's got web links, menus, reviews, and other resources.
