Danbury, NC -- Gabriel Roman of Winston-Salem took his son, Adolfo Isidoro, and some of his friends swimming at Moratock Park in Stokes County on Saturday.Investigators say around four o'clock in the afternoon, Isidoro was discovered to be missing. His father and friends searched for him with no luck.Around eight o'clock that evening they reported Isidoro missing to the Stokes County Sheriff's Department.Deputies with the help of the Danbury Fire Department began to search for the boy. His body was later found in the river at the park.Isidoro was declared dead at Stokes Reynolds Hospital.Authorities say the cause of death appears to be drowning. At this point in time they say it was accidental and do not believe any foul play was involved.Detectives are still investigating.
