24-Hour Fitness Fundraiser returns for the second year!

Pure Barre Greensboro will hold annual Barre-a-thon. It's free classes every hour, on the hour, to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Central and Western NC.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Pure Barre Greensboro is hosting for second year their Barre-A-Thon event to benefit the Make-A-Wish Central and Western North Carolina Foundation.

All classes will be free with donations encouraged and all the proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Central and Western North Carolina Foundation.

Make-A-Wish Central & Western North Carolina has granted approximately 6,000 wishes since its inception in 1985.

The classes for the Barre-A-Thon begin on Saturday, March 23 at 8:00 am. Classes will keep going every hour on the hour until Sunday March 24, until 8am.

Classes will be held at the Pure Barre Greensboro’s studio on Westover Terrace in Greensboro as well as the Pure Barre on Highwoods Blvd.

Pure Barre Greensboro owner Jennifer Carelli said the first year was hit so they had to bring it back a second time around.

"There's lots of different opportunities for you to come and hang out. We saw how community impactful the event was last year and bringing it back a second year just made sense," Carelli said.

Carelli said they are dedicated to serving the community and are excited to raise awareness about the Make-A-Wish Foundation here in Central and Western North Carolina.

You will need to sign up on the Pure Barre website. For information on signing up for a class, click or tap HERE
