Easy at-home activities for the family:

1) Balloon volleyball: Simply blow up a balloon and keep it from touching the ground! This encourages kids to find a partner or a group to play - so it's helping them develop social skills as well.

2) The floor is lava: Take household items and use them to work your way across the room without touching the floor.

3) Photo session: Instead of scrolling through social media, encourage your kids to get dressed up to do a photo session outside!
