Immunization clinics for rising 7th and 12th graders in Guilford County

State law requires certain vaccinations for rising 7th and 12th graders. Here's a list of clinics.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Guilford County Division of Public Health (GCDPH) is holding back-to-school vaccine clinics at select locations. North Carolina law requires all incoming seventh graders to get a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) vaccine and an MCV (Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine). State law also requires incoming twelfth graders to get a second dose of the MCV (Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine).

Here are upcoming vaccine clinics for rising seventh and twelfth graders in Guilford County. Parents should bring their child's insurance or Medicaid card and immunization records to the walk-in clinic.

The first day of school for GCS students on a traditional calendar is Monday, August 26.
