NORTH CAROLINA, USA — Rockingham County Schools and Stokes County Schools both announced a 2-hour delay for Wednesday, Sept. 18.
The school districts cited heavy rainfall, localized flooding and road closures as the reason for the delay.
Staff is expected to report at the normal time, with exception for safety concerns in Rockingham County.
