WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- A Winston-Salem man is accused of sexually assaulting and strangling an 11-year-old girl.
Officers with the Winston-Salem Police Department said they received a report in March that Travis Keith Davis, 25, sexually assaulted an 11-year-old and held her by her throat during the incident.
Davis was incarcerated for unrelated drug charges in March. He is facing two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and one count of Assault by Strangulation for this incident.
Davis was given no bond.
