GASTONIA, N.C. — A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder and robbery after police said a woman was found dead back on Jan. 22.
According to Gastonia Police, the teen was arrested for the murder of Francia Magally Martinez. Police said they found her vehicle down an embankment at 1019 West Tenth Avenue. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
