Randolph County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a woman accused of trying to sell drugs at a middle school.
Deputies charged Teresa Chriscoe Toomes, 57, with felony possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
The sheriff's office says last month, a clear plastic bag with 21 Oxycodone pills inside was found in the parking lot of Randleman Middle School.
The School Resource Officer watched security video, and saw Toomes drop the baggie in the parking lot as she was leaving the school.
Investigators later determined that Toomes did not have a valid prescription for the pills. She was arrested on Monday.
The school system says Toomes is not an employee at the school.
